Create an Offer Category

To create an Offer Category:

  1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Categories > Offer from the side navigation menu. The Offer Categories screen is displayed.

  2. In the Display Name field, enter a name for the new Offer Category.

  3. Click Create. The Edit Offer Category pop-up window is displayed.

  1. The Label field is populated with the value you entered above; optionally edit this value.

  2. The Internal Name is automatically populated based on the Display Name value. This field is not editable by default. To edit the Internal Name, check Edit Internal Name. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Ok. Edit the Internal Name value.

  3. Optionally, to assign a thumbnail image to this item, click Choose File. Browse to and select the desired image file, then click Open.

  4. Optionally, in the Description field, enter a description of this item.

  5. Optionally, check Available to Offer Sort Program Setting to make this Offer Category eligible to be included in a custom Offer sorting hierarchy. This flag relates to a Program Setting called Offer Sorting Hierarchy. See Program Settings Category - POS for more information.

  6. Click Save.

If you want to add Offers to the Offer Category, you must navigate to the Offers screen, and add the Offers one at a time to the Offer Category. For more information on adding Offers to your Offer Category, see Getting Started with Offers.
